Making
This wine is made without added sulfites thanks to chestnut blossom which are a natural antioxidant with antimicrobial properties. The chestnut blossom protects against oxidation and helps to preserve the color, aromas, and freshness. In this way, the wine maintains its purity and authenticity faithfully expressing the character of the grape and the vintage. Nature instead chemistry with balance, stability and respect for the fruit.
Tasting notes
SIGHT: Ripe cherry red in colour, full bodied with violet flashes rim. Clear and bright.
NOSE: Rip dark and red fruit aromas with hints of spices, clove and black pepper. Very well balanced, balsamic and subtle.
MOUTH: Refreshing and full-bodied. Dark fruit aromas are present on the nose and it has a good structure with a long finish. A pronounced flavor of wild berries such as cranberries and currants is complemented by the dryness of the tannins.
