Located on the highest fluvial terrace above the Ega River, it consists of varied soils such as silt, clay and alluvial areas. This 8 ha parcel of Garnacha provides us with our best rosé wines, harvested manually and at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes and the aromas in the wine. Oriented from north to south, on a gentle hill with multiple elevations of the land on which it sits.
LA PLANA
Our oldest vineyard was planted in 1981. 4 ha of Tempranillo standing on alluvial soils on a cereal plateau, where the poor soils with light gypsum content determine the quality and minerality of the grapes that produce the best wines for cellaring in our winery. The orientation of the vines allows for the best possible ripening of the grapes.
CABIZGORDO
Located in the epicenter of the valley where the municipalities of Azagra, San Adrián and Andosilla converge. It sits on soils formed by drags from the northernmost slope. These are alluvial soils with sands and gravels on the surface and silts below. This plot of 4 ha of Tempranillo contributes to the finesse and elegance of our aged wines.
LA BADINA
Located in the lowest area of the valley, where one of the largest concentrations of vineyards in Navarra is located. Its very fertile soils are nourished by the drags produced by the slopes that form the valley. This 3 hectare plot is planted with Sauvignon Blanc, one of the varieties we use in our young and aged white wines.
CAMPIESTROS
Located in the northernmost part of the municipality of Andosilla, in the northeastern geographical limits of the Rioja appellation. This plot is planted with two varieties. 4 ha of White Garnacha and 4 ha of Sauvignon Blanc. Its complex soils formed by clays and silts confer our white with very special characteristics.
PLANILLOS
Situada en la terraza fluvial más elevada sobre el río Ega, se asienta sobre suelos muy variados como limos, arcillas y zonas de aluvión. De esta parcela de 8 hectáreas de Garnacha, obtenemos nuestros mejores vinos rosados, vendimiada manualmente y de forma nocturna para preservar la frescura de la uva y los aromas en el vino. Orientada de norte a sur, en una suave colina con múltiples elevaciones del terreno sobre el que se asienta.
Nuestro viñedo más antiguo, fue plantado en 1981. 4 hectáreas de Tempranillo asentadas sobre suelos de aluvión en una meseta cerealista, donde los suelos pobres con ligeros contenidos en yesos determinan la calidad y la mineralidad de las uvas que producen los mejores vinos de guarda de nuestra bodega. Su particular formación en vaso emparrado permite una excelente exposición de los racimos para la mejor maduración posible de la uva.
Situada en el epicentro del valle que confluyen los términos municipales de Azagra, San Adrián y Andosilla. Se asienta sobre suelos formados por arrastres de la ladera situada más al norte. Estos son suelos de aluvión con arenas y gravas en superficie y limos en el fondo. Esta parcela de 4 hectáreas de Tempranillo aportan la finura y elegancia de nuestros vinos de crianza.
Situada en la zona más baja del valle donde se sitúa una de las mayores concentraciones de viñedo de Navarra. Sus suelos muy fértiles se nutren de los arrastres producidos de las laderas que forman el valle. Esta parcela de 3 hectáreas está plantada de Sauvignon Blanc, una de las variedades que utilizamos en nuestros vinos blancos jóvenes y de crianza.
Situada en la zona más septentrional del término de Andosilla, en los límites geográficos más al noreste de la denominación Rioja. Esta parcela está plantada con dos variedades. 4 hectáreas de Garnacha Blanca y 4 de Sauvignon Blanc. Sus suelos complejos formados por arcillas y limos confieren unas características muy especiales a nuestros vinos blancos.
Nuestro viñedo de la variedad Graciano más especial. Asentado sobre suelos de canto rodado y gravas finas que permiten una excelente maduración de esta peculiar variedad, minoritaria en Rioja. Las 8 hectáreas de este viñedo, forman parte indispensable de todos nuestros vinos ecológicos, así como de los varietales de Bagordi y Oiasso.
