The winemaking origins of the Carcar family dates from 1723. It was then that we made a pact with the land. Fourteen generations later, we continue to cultivate our land with the same respect and following the traditional methods of our ancestors.

RESPECT FOR THE LAND ENSURES THE BEST FRUITS
Our vineyards are located in the southern point of the Rioja denomination between Andosilla and San Adrian, on the banks of the rivers Ebro and Ega. Some 65 hectares of vineyards all under organic cultivation within the DO of Rioja.

AUTHENTICITY
All this allows us to achieve a more authentic wine with a high concentration of antioxidants. One that is healthier. The flavour, too, is special because we avoid the homogenization of traditional wines that do not have native yeasts in their production.
